Learning in isolation can hinder collaboration, while a lack of personal time can cause individuals to lose their sense of direction. The Growth Collective bridges this gap by providing an interdisciplinary team of educators dedicated to creating individualized, engaging learning experiences. Our approach nurtures both academic and personal development, ensuring that each student has the support and structure needed to succeed.

The Growth Collective
The Growth Collective is an interdisciplinary team of certified special education teachers, highly skilled tutors, and licensed therapists who collaborate to address the global needs of the children we serve. Our unique model bridges the gap between education and therapy, ensuring that academic and developmental goals are seamlessly integrated into each child’s learning experience.
We offer individualized special education programs designed to fit each student’s learning style and family goals. Our teachers have the flexibility to adapt lessons to align with popular home-school curricula while incorporating strategies recommended by occupational and speech therapists. This approach ensures that students can fully engage in their chosen programs with the necessary accommodations to support their success.
Our services are available in both home and center-based settings across the Phoenix Valley. In each setting, students can participate in small group learning to build academic and social skills, receive 1:1 instruction or tutoring, and access therapy services as needed. Occupational and Speech therapy sessions are fully integrated into the student’s educational plan, reinforcing skills learned in the classroom and vice versa. Additionally, music therapy is available at The Learning Center, and Physical Therapy is offered at our Mesa clinic.
What sets The Growth Collective apart is our truly interdisciplinary model. Our therapists, educators, and tutors function as a cohesive team, sharing real-time access to student goals, daily notes, and evaluations. This secure communication system ensures continuity between the medical and educational models, fostering a consistent and holistic approach to each child’s development. Parents receive detailed daily updates on their child’s progress across all 1:1 sessions, ensuring transparency and collaboration between families and providers.
Through this integrated approach, we empower students to reach their fullest potential by addressing their academic, social, and therapeutic needs in a supportive and individualized environment.
