This is my first experience with a therapy company, and it is hard to believe that it could get much better than this. Everyone who works for Heartland and Theracare is extremely kind, helpful, and caring. Each person I have come into contact with has had so much passion for their role, and they have all helped me so much in my journey of becoming an SLPA. My schedule was filled very quickly, and I have become very close with all of the families that I work with. Heartland/Theracare offer bonuses for a variety of reasons, and the other perks are also very nice. This is home-health therapy, and I absolutely love that aspect. I get to stay out in the world all day, instead of a stuffy clinic. I also create my own schedule, which works very well with my busy family life as a mom of two myself. I would refer anyone I come across to this in the therapy industry to Heartland or Theracare.
