A Place for Me Semester Program Evaluations Ages 5 to 21

Working Together to Foster Growth A Place For Me Enrichment 3 hours long, two days a week, 3:1 ratio EAS or Private Pay Funding We are a therapy-based enrichment program designed for students with special needs who are currently receiving traditional academic support outside of a classroom setting. Our program is developed by therapists and teachers with a 3:1 teacher to student ratio to ensure personalized and graded instruction within the scope of life skills, community and social interactions, exploring friendships with peers, activities of daily living and meaningful leisure while establishing /refining the motor movements needed for successful engagement. Students will be evaluated prior to enrollment to assess appropriate group placement. Once placed, students will attend classes: Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Tuesdays and Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Each week, students will participate in 60 minutes of each of the following group therapy based on group goals: Occupational therapy Physical therapy Masters level special education teacher

Learn to Ride Ages 10 – 15

Join us for an active camp focusing on the fundamental motor movements needed to ride a bike. Therapists will provide adaptions and strategies in a small group setting encouraging biking as a fun past time while we enjoy the outdoors. Riders are encouraged to bring their own bike to camp with a helmet and water. Parents are encouraged to stay to help and learn.
