SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST AND SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY ASSISTANTS

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed SLPA or SLP in the state of Arizona
  • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
